I have been working hard on a performance by Performaria, an academic group I'm directing. And also, in the free time, seeing films at the Indielisboa festival. I hope to bring more on all of the above soon.

I would like it if you could tell me about Performaria from an insiders perspective. I am currantly in grad school studying performance art and would like to find groups to collaborate with.

1. jungle: i'm not sure what you mean. i don't mind "collaborating", but would need to know what you mean by that, what is your study interest, etc. you can write me at vvoitek ->at<- sapo ->dot<- pt, or, if the question is fairly open, leave it here as a comment, and i'll try and answer as well as i can. 2. the art life: i put a link to your page. let me just clear something: i am no fan of "link swaps", as i really don't consider this blog a market of any sort. i simply liked your page, thought it seemed competent and interesting. if you have a similar opinion about mine, i'm glad. nothing to do with swapping. 3. no-where-man: i hope they'll publish the acts. i've just had a discussion about extreme performance with some students of mine. i was surprized to discover it still does appal indeed.
A link swap would help raise your Google ranking and bring more people to read it - that's of course, if you want more readers. We thought a permanent swap would be good for everyone but if you feel that our site is merely competent, we won't bother you any more. And please, feel free to steal any of our copyrighted content for your blog any time you feel like it!
I'm not sure I understand what you mean. What is the difference between a "permanent link swap" and me putting you on my blogroll? Also, I didn't mean my opinion about your blog to sound diminutive or disrespectful. Take it easy, keep up the good work, and see you around.
i hope they do to! PERFORMA has been gettin some major traction here, RoseLee Goldberg is fantastic, i would love to see a intrest in extreme performance rekindled - i wonder what to they think of, Marina Abramovic, Seven Easy Pieces? very intersting this idea of re preforming performace. i was there most nights often from start to end, very extreme.
